By accepting and Donating for this retreat, I acknowledge it to be an experimental process- which is alternative and intuitive. I agree to take full responsibility for what this process presents to me and for the use and application of any information supplied by Enlightened For Life. I understand this process and any products, services, tools used are not a guarantee of income or success. I agree to take full responsibility for the effort I put into my life and the results (or lack thereof) through going through this process and following any information rendered by Enlightened For Life and Healer Facilitator Erika M Munhao. All sessions are not refundable nor transferable.
The garden is outside and as natural as it can be, please be aware of your step and head when going under trees or walking around the space. With that in mind

WAIVER OF ENLIGHTENED FOR LIFE LIABILITY/RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS
I expressly waive and release any and all claims against Enlightened for Life, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (which are collectively referred to as “the Released Parties”), arising out of or attributable to my participation and use of Enlightened For Life facilities. I covenant not to assert any such claims against the Released Parties, and forever release and discharge the Released Parties from liability for such claims.
I indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense arising out of or connected in any manner with my experience in this process by Enlightened for Life.
I agree that this waiver and release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under law. I specifically acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is not intended to be a general release subject to limitations and conditions that would otherwise apply under applicable state law and additionally agree to waive all general release limitations provided by applicable law.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
It is my expressed intent that this Agreement shall bind me, and any speaking for me (family, estate, heirs, administrators, personal representatives, or assigns). I acknowledge that have read and understand this document and the RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS provisions. I agree that this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, without giving effect to the conflict of laws. The terms and provisions of this Agreement shall be severable, such that if a court of competent jurisdiction holds any term to be illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any law governing this Agreement the validity of the remaining portions shall not be affected thereby, and each and every term and condition of this Agreement shall be valid and enforced to the fullest extent and in the broadest application permitted by law. This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of South Australia.
