Transcending Relaxation Ritual

It starts with a detoxing Foot spa, and sipping on a sacred cup of tea, and you can confidentially share any issue you might need to express. We follow this process with a mental release via a polarity healing expressed through a head relaxation massage. This head massage utilizes the polarity of the hands to move energy within the conscious and unconscious mind as it is allowed by your higher self.

After this movement it is time for the massage table. This part of the session is called energy flow.

The bodywork starts with a foot scrab that is made of Celtic salt or raw sugar and a mix of herbs (these herbs will depend on the energy of the day) The salt or sugar will depend on your energetic field as some people might need to calm down and ground or to rise and ascend their energy.

After the work on the face and feet, we turn to work on the back where we start from the heart center and flow energy depending again on your energetic system. The bodywork is very intuitive and it is catered for the flow of energy available and needed in the body.

We make use of organic garden aloe vera as a master. The known benefits of Aloe vera are to help to hydrate the body, support liver function, it might help to release constipation, clean the skin (acne etc.). Aloe vera is very high in nutrients, antioxidants, Gaia intelligence and more.

Yet, our relationship with “sister” Aloe vera goes beyond the physical benefits as the aloe vera conscious is a high adaptive system, and a great teacher. She assists to clean the energetic field and soothe emotional and mental traumas. She also might make the energy of the environment very balanced which transcends low energetic settings of what people might call the emotional purges of negativity.

Sacred Reset –Or Sacred Death 90 min

Sacred Reset is a powerful and challenging system for shadow work, and physical/identity reset. It works on many layers of the spirit, energetic, mental and physical body, helping deep detox of the entire self. (Can be extremely challenging)

·        The first stage, is a rough dry scrub where we take layers of dead skin - done with a medium/hard natural brush/gloves.

·        The second stage is done with soft scrubbing gloves, which polish and activate circulation and the lymphatic system.

·        The third stage, is an intense massage of power and speed to flush all the toxins from many layers of the entire body.

·        The fourth stage, we trigger the body with firm percussion and high stimulating techniques (beating, slapping and tapping) 

This process is better done as a full committed system and it comes with 24 hours fasting.

Fasting system; stop eating 22 hours before session. About 7 hours before session have a litre of water with lemon, 5 hours before session have a litre of organic celery juice with a pinch of salt. You can follow that with another litre of celery juice or water 3 before session. The session includes a detoxing sacred blend that combine powerful organic herb divine medicine.

You can eat 30mins after the session and it is important to break the fast with something green and light like steam broccoli and you can use this movement to set a new healthy life style.
