Welcome to this new offer, this is a Sauna Day at the Fire temple. I will turn the fire temple at 10am and from that time you can come and spend time inside the temple. The temple has a very specific energy, and it really allows a very deep exploration of fears and the subconscious state. I might not be there all the time as I will be channeling the movement of Saturday (7 and Saturn energy which the higher state is the unknown/ infinite potential field) from a very new format of conscious (yet I will be monitoring the process from my soul system). Yet the movement of being there by yourself through even going while it is still cold and then warming it up will be magnificent. I am so excited.

This space might also invite you to lay in the grass (bareskin is an option- with the true alignment of sacredness- this also includes reading the grid that might be presented at the time*), take on some sun and have a cold rinse or a cold deep. I will also open the portable ice bath (sorry not the hot tube for this sessions). This cold deep will be shared so it is important to have a proper clean with the hose (yes a regular garden hose) and don’t go in it, if you are co-creating with fugus and bugs that are in the program of contagious, not because I see this line as reality, but because you creating something contagious is because your field is too opened and in victim mentality, and to decide to deal with that yourself is the first step to moving the victim mentality, plus starting to honor the body in itself.

*bareskin is a sacred state, yet if you are still subjected to outside projections every time you take off your clothes you might be overwhelmed with the projection of shame or perversity, so know that understanding that aligning with the energy of the place and the capability of liberation within the system presented is a powerful spiritual mastery that will take you closer to revealing your soul.  

The session will go from 10am to 3pm. This too is a self-catering experience, and you must bring all that you need from towels to the amount of water to stay safe within the Sauna experience. You can bring detoxing blends, nibbles or anything guided for your highest good. Yet, we will put a stop line on Masters like Alcohol as they work on taking life force via water in the body and the Sauna is using in the same line of energy to detoxing/purging to open the bridge for reprograming point of experience. Moreover, you must commit to this experience being for the highest good of our soul connection. Read that again in the I AM energy.

Every individual has to bring all they need for their desire comfort (one of the best things about this is that the space is open to the elements and will provide us with fresh air, grounding energy and physical temperature challenges to allow the build of mental and physical strength). The energy of the people that will navigate through it, will also bring elements of intrusive thoughts and triggers that might give you the opportunity to activate patience and compassion. I am truly looking forward to seeing how this experience will play out.
