Holistic Workout
Weekly session for the period of November
This process is available at Seacombe Garden Adelaide, facilitated at the Enlightened for Life Garden Retreat on Fridays at 11:35am. (Address given to registered participants).
This is a 56mins process that flows through different exercises with focus on posture and spiritual, mind and body awareness. It is based on 10 powerful principals and sprouting from the core of Pilates, Yoga, and soul connection. It is a full circuit of movements that strength the core and work on engaging the entire body into movement. Allowing the proper muscles to work, while reducing hyper compensation of other muscles that have a tendency to over work due to our bad postures and habits.
This is full body- soul/mind and body workout- From head to toe (including face workout). The body is the last and the first frontier to our connection with the Universe and our essence/soul, moreover, our healthy and mobility are truly our highest asset on earth. When the body is misaligned (literally) we have a harder time to channel life force and dealing with our daily tasks. Over 80% of the population experiences core/back problems at some point in their lives and that shows up as distortions to our physical, mental and spiritual health. The body is the primary manifestation of our vibration (thought patterns and beliefs), which create further habits of thoughts, choices of food, movement and people around us.
This session can deeply change our lives and how we see our movements in the world as we take a deeper dive on a holistic approach to fitness. The session in itself is focused on the core and slow and precise movements, quality movements promote the entire body to work together as we base every movement in the proper alignment of the anatomy of the body. Moreover, we will work deeper into the relationship with breath, soul conscious and energy. It is an exclusive channeled workout that brings inspiration from many different modalities of physical movement as dance styles, aerobics, kung fu, and more.
